[RTL][Arieskk_v2.5][Flamekk_v2.5][Settings]Set your phone language to Arabic, then enter feedback view, tap input box to invoke cursor, you can find cursor is left-aligned.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precodition: Set your phone language to Arabic. 
1. Launch Settings app. 
2. Select "Improve Firefox OS ". 
3. Tap "Send Mozilla Feedback". 
4. Tap one of the face icon. 
5. Tap the edit box.
6. Observe the view. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
6. The cursor should be right-aligned in input box.

[4.Actual Result]: 
6. The cursor is left-aligned in the box.

Triage: Spec indicatesd multi-line input should be right aligned by default in RTL, though paragraphs within a multi-line input should take their natural alignment based on the content's direction.
