Details

May be overkill, since it is quite easy for them to be changed on a push, but anyway, for completeness, might be worth us auditing the scopes declared in the build/test tasks of gecko/gaia etc.

@dustin feel free to close if you think this is a bad idea
We'll definitely need to have a look when we start limiting scopes per tree (bug 1216306)
