User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0 Build ID: 20151014143721 Steps to reproduce: Enter and exit full screen mode. Happens regularly. Actual results: The traffic light buttons and top of window get cut off, and are unclickable. The fix seems to be enter and exit full screen mode, however to do this you have to exit full screen mode, which then enters FSM, then exit again. see: http://i.imgur.com/IzjPdTT.png (also attached). Expected results: Normal window behavior, and traffic lights appearing

This sounds like a dup of bug 1197416, and should have been fixed since 43 by bug 1137009. Feel free to reopen it if it is not fixed there.
