When managing bookmarks, sometimes when I "file" a bookmark in a folder, the
bookmark remains displayed in the location where it was. but  if i quit the
browser and restart it, the bookmark is filed in that new folder.  so it's
filing correctly, just not displaying the change correctly.  this problem seems
to only happen after working in the manager for quite a while (filing many
bookmarks with no problem when suddenly this starts happening.)


Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open bookmark manager
2.file several bookmarks into various folders.either by
dragging or by right clicking and choosing "File bookmark" 
usually it takes dozens of times before the behavior starts.

Actual Results:  the bookmark appears to stay where it was. doesnt APPEAR to
move (tho it actually does)

Expected Results:  the bookmark should disappear from the top-level list or the
original folder, and be present in the new folder where it was dragged or "filed".
