We need to replace the info tables on zh-CN SVG element pages by a macro based on a JSON DB.

Numbers of pages: 80

(determined via executing $('.index a:not(.new)') within the DevTools' console on https://developer.mozilla.org/zh-CN/docs/Web/SVG/Element)

I replaced the static contents by the {{svginfo}} macro and added the related translations to L10n:SVG.
