Details

When dragging a tab around, the tab follows where the cursor would be in unscaled pixels - e.g. it is farther left than it should be.

This seems to be a regression in Nightly, it has happened for a week or so. It might be also related to a point update in GTK, I will have to bisect to be sure.

e10s is on.

Might be related to bug 1212733, but this is with GTK 3.16 and dragging does 
work.
