1219033 - Pressing the back button will skip to the previous song during the whole song in the music app

Description:
if the user is listening to a song in the music app and presses the back button to restart the song it will move to the previous song in the playlist. this is expected at the beginning of the song, but this is occurring at any point in the song and not just the beginning

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151027122943
2) Open Music app
3) Start playing a song that is not the first in a playlist
4) In the middle of of the song press the back button
5) Observe previous song in list start playing

Actual:
Pressing the back buttong brings the user to the previous song.

Expected:
It is expected that the the song restarts when the back buttong is pressed unless the song is near the beginning

This issue Does occur on Flame 2.5.
