Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020124
BuildID: 2002012403
Now it happens always: with any extension, the attachments are no more viewable.
I've clicked on .html, txt and even .doc attachments, and
the response is the same (dialog):
"You have chosen to download a file of type "HyperText Markup Language"
(??????) [application/octet-stream] from mailbox://....
What should Mozilla do with this file?".......
and so on...with any exe to do the job.
Note that the icon shows right (i.e. for docs, it's showing the icon of
Winword)....but Mozilla is unable to open the document.
p.s. Note: I'm quite sure the following bug has been reported: but the "alt"
text when passing the mouse on the images isn't yet shown, (!)
--luciano
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mail/News
2.Select a mail with attachment (i.e. a .doc)
3.Double click on the attachment box
