I've clicked on the "I forgot my password" link on <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=account>, and a token named smime.p7m (or an empty signed email!!!) has been emailed to me. I can't find what to do next, there seems to be no place on the Preferences pages to upload any tokens, and the email is empty...

you've already set an s/mime certificate on your bugzilla account via https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=securemail you need to decrypt that email using the corresponding private cert. the decrypted message should contain instructions and a link to the password reset mechanism.
