+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1195227 +++

[STR]
1.Launch FM Radio app.
2.Plug in headset.
3.Turn on the speaker icon.
4.Turn off the speaker icon.

short big noise was heard from headset and speaker when turning on/off the speaker icom.
I am not sure if this is a regression.
[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: short big sound from headset is not good as user experience.
