[1.Description]:
[Flame KK v2.5&v2.2][Aries KK v2.5][Clock]An alarm window will show in foreground when there is a incoming call but not answered.
Found time:16:30.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch the clock app from the homescreen. 
2. Press the add alarm icon on the top-right corner. 
3. Set the alarm time and press "Done" button. 
4. Make a call to the test device (before the alarm time) and wait for the alarm time. 
5. When alarm goes off, observe the interface.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The alarm window should not be displayed in the foreground.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The alarm window will be displayed in the foreground.
