Steps to reproduce 1. delete mozregistry.dat 2. create new profile 3. launch apprunner and edit/prefs to identify new profile expected results-preferences created would be saved in prefs.js file actual results-no prefs.js file at all WInNT builds 1999081909 and 1999081911
