I should say this is FF ESR
Seems it's something within my profile folder that keeps resetting the prefs jscript?

If you still have issues after that, please check if it also happens in the safe mode of Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode and after refreshing Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

deleted my profile and started clean,all is well now. Seems it was a problem my end.
