We have a lot of regressions in doorhangers because we're trying to hack around the Android system to make rounded popups (the string of bug 1173624, bug 1201081, bug 1193337, and our corners are *still* not always rounded and the popup can get pushed out of place by the keyboard).
Bug 1203730 will add the CardView library, but there are some things to fix, mainly overlapping doorhanger content on v11+ devices.
