Description

In bug 800880 we added a second fall back language besides English. One side effect of that is that the document will be shown in the fall back languages even if the revision is outdated (major/level 30). We should never show those revisions to anyone.
To whoever implements this: This should be really simple. When calculating the fallback, we can simply exclude any documents that are marked as "Majorly Outdated" Instead of hardcoding the value "30", the constants from kitsune/wiki/config.py should be used. There should be plenty of code that deals with excluding out dated documents to look at in the document view function.

Hi Safwan!

As far as I know, as long as you keep Giorgos and/or Ben in the loop, you should be able to work on this and get it deployed.

Thank you for all the time and talent you pour into Mozilla :-)

Cheers,
Michał
