@candysb1 I just played the game Criminal Case for 30 minutes and could not reproduce. Could you try and reproduce this bug on the newest Firefox build 45?

Hi Justin, I'm not sure what Firefox build 45 is? I've tried downloading the newest application, but am unable to run it successfully. The download completes but cannot run it. Thanks for any help! Candace B.~

No problem. just follow this link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ and download the newest build of Firefox. I'm assuming you've done this before. Then try to play Criminal Case and see if you still have the problem noted above. There's no rush but just inform me if it is better or the same.

I still cannot run the latest Firefox. I can download it but when I try Message says "cannot access the specified path or file. You may not have appropriate permission to access the item." Also, from the download, I click on the icon and pop up says "access is denied." Thanks for any help.

What is "latest Nightly." ? I can not RUN to upgrade Firefox. I can download it, but I can not RUN it. ("Zip. Access is denied.") Thanks for any help.
