[1.Description]:
[B2GDroid]When user launches video/gallery app, it always show scanning view but can't load anything, even there are many pictures and videos in sd card.

Prerequisite:there are many picture and video in sd card.
1. Launch Gallery/Video App and wait.

[3.Expected Result]: 
1. Pictures and videos in sd card can be loaded.

1. Device always stay at scanning view.

Android version:

this function works normal on latest firefox os build of flame v2.5 & aries v2.5
