Details

Reproduced on Windows 10 using:
*42.0RC build 1
*Latest 43.0a2 Aurora
*Latest 44.0a1 Nightly

STR:
1. Make sure you are using a High Contrast Windows theme (I recommend Hight Contrast White, as the issue is more visible there).
2. Open Firefox and maximize it.
3. Hover over the minimize button.

Expected Result:
The minimize button is correctly displayed in the hover state.

Actual Result:
Two small glitches can be observed for the minimize button:
*a white line: http://i.imgur.com/E0wDnTh.png
*a small black dot: http://i.imgur.com/lMaIJ0W.png

Notes:
This is also visible in Window Mode for HiDPI devices.
This is visible using any of the High Contrast themes, but on White is the most visible.

Please always mark the regressing bug as blocking/dependent when filing regression bugs.

Curious. If I make the titlebar-spacer at transparent-red, the white line turns pink. Which means it's under it. In fact, if I display:none the entire button, it turns out that the normal Windows captions buttons are underneath ours. And are actually slightly wider, resulting in the extra line. http://imgur.com/a5MSVa7 (with our min and max buttons hidden).
Severity: normal → S3

This issue is not reproducible anymore using the latest Firefox 123.0 build on Win 10. I'm closing it as WFM.
