Details

STR: 1. Open web console 2. Click button to turn it into a floating window (rather than default docked) 3. Close the new window 4. Attempt to reopen the console (via shortcuts or menu bar) Expected: Console reopens, either docked or not. Actual: No console appears. It only works after restarting the browser.
