1219904 - Imagecompare RTL: scroll before tap to change default media location in Settings -> Media Storage

In Settings->Media Storage, if Default Media Location change dialog is tapped while not currently displayed on screen. the dialog will shift to the side as shown below:

It also turns out that if I use scrollIntoView(false) method for the Default Media Location change button, it will cause the screen to shift as well, and marionette will not be able to find the element.

Also discovered that I have missed checking the eject dialog.

I think I've seen this myself also with some Gaia UI tests (the dialog shift), perhaps with http://mxr.mozilla.org/gaia/source/tests/python/gaia-ui-tests/gaiatest/tests/functional/settings/test_settings_media_storage_change.py?force=1 ?
