In Settings->Media Storage, if Default Media Location change dialog is tapped while not currently displayed on screen. the dialog will shift to the side as shown below:

It also turns out that if I use scrollIntoView(false) method for the Default Media Location change button, it will cause the screen to shift as well, and marionette will not be able to find the element.

I think I've seen this myself also with some Gaia UI tests (the dialog shift), perhaps with http://mxr.mozilla.org/gaia/source/tests/python/gaia-ui-tests/gaiatest/tests/functional/settings/test_settings_media_storage_change.py?force=1 ?
