1220020 - clear the animated geometry root cache when we create a new AGR in the middle of painting

I'm pulling the patch out of bug 1208780 because I need it for bug 1156238.

The patch was originally written by kats, but I determined that we only needed one of the hunks. I gave that r+ while kats was on PTO.

But while working on bug 1156238 I discovered that we need to clear the cache in one more place.
