[1.Description]:
[B2GDroid]Autosync not works,user can't received a email until manual sync.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite:Set up an e-mail account and open autosync every 5 minutes.
1. Launch Email and verify auto sync is turn on.
2. Back to home screen.
3. Send a Email to device.
4. Wait for 5 minutes and check notifacation.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.  A notification will be display on the top of the phone when the phone auto checks for new messages. 

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. No notifacation.

This function works normal on latest firefox os build of flame v2.5 & aries v2.5
