[1.Description]:
[Arieskk_v2.5][Firefox Sync]Visit some websites on Firefox OS device. The history on firefox OS device can't be synced to other terminal.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.On one Firefox OS device, sign in firefox account and enable data sync.
2.Open browser and visite some website.
3.Back to home and launch settings, open firefox sync page, Tap sync now button.
4.On another terminal [ Firefox/Android/desktop].
5.Sign in the same Firefox account.[Use Global server on Android and Desktop]
6.Sync data.
7.Open the history page of this terminal.

[3.Expected Result]: 
7.The history on firefox OS device should be able to be synced to other terminal.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7.The history in step2 is unable to be synced to new terminal.
