[B2GDroid]When user try to download a file via browser,device no any responds and user can't find any download file from download list.

Prerequisite:Connect to an available network.
1. Open "http://owd.tid.es/dm/"
2. Tap any  file .
3. Download the file.
4. Observe the downloads at settings.

4.The file will be download.

[Expected result]:
4.The file will be downloaded and you can check it from downloads list.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.The file can't be download and you can't see it from downloads list.

Ok, so I can download the file from the browser, and it is saved on the filesystem, however, trying to open it from within FxOS fails (it can't be found).
