Description:
If the user rotates the device to Landscape orientation viewing the Tracking Protection pop up after first opening the Browser app, the app will not render properly in landscape orientation, leaving the wallpaper visible in a large blanks pace on the right side of the screen.

This issue persists until the user has dismissed the pop-up, and returned the device back to portrait orientation. Landscape orientation will then work properly afterwards.

Note: Although the reproduction steps are more specific, the behavior of this issue is similar to bug 1218439, which has already been fixed.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20151030120435
2) Open the Browser app
3) When viewing the Tracking Protection pop-up, rotate the device to Landscape orientation.

Actual:
Browser app is not displayed properly in Landscape orientation.

Expected:
Browser app is always displayed properly in Landscape orientation.

This could be related to or a duplicate of bug 1223703. I just tested again watching for the symptoms described in this bug and was unable to reproduce.

I tested using the latest master [1] on both Aries and Flame devices.

The PR in bug 1223703 should fix this bug too. We can confirm after that lands.
