Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:41.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/41.0
Build ID: 20151014143721
Steps to reproduce:
At work, we use FF for a data display of ticket information. Would not refresh. We cleared the cache and then it would refresh.
At home, leader board on BF4 is broken, clearing cache will sometimes make it work.
The issue seem very similar, instead of drawing new data for a site that regularly updates, FF is just pulling the same old cached information.
Actual results:
Data draw will not update, clearing cache updated. Restarting FF would not update.
Expected results:
A browser should be intelligent enough to pull new data when told, not jut rehash the same cached information. Pretty terrible "update".

Hi reporter,
unfortunately this report is not very useful because it does not provide a testcase to reproduce. If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please read https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines and add a more useful description to this report.
> A browser should be intelligent enough to pull new data when told
Please provide a testcase that also includes how it is told to pull new data.
