I see this almost every day on my dogfood phone. Apps shows up in the top row. I don't have STR or know how they get there. Random apps like Gallery or Settings show up in the first row. There might also be some rearrangement going on in other rows but I only know the ordering of my top 3 icons for sure. Can we get a debug patch in that shows when/how icons move around?

I haven't seen this, but it sounds like maybe events are going through the lock-screen? I'll write a patch to help debug this, leaving n?me.

Spoke to Gregor on IRC, hasn't seen this in a while. Let's leave the logging in just in case, but closing as worksforme for now.
