Steps to reproduce:

I have a new Sync Account. I click on "sync". I go on another device, I log in and sync normally. It say it will happen later, but everything is syncronized (history, open tabs) EXEPT the bookmarks.


Actual results:

Sync doesn't work with bookmarks. Bookmarks don't appear on the other device after syncing.

Listing of bookmarks.

You're sure that bookmarks are enabled for syncing on *all* your devices?

The log shows an authentication error:

The fact that greasemonkey is at the top of the stack makes me suspicious - can you try disabling that and attach a new error log if it still fails to work?
