1220402 - There is no notifications that the file was downloaded

I accessed a download link for a PDF file and was sent to a blank page with no indication that the file had been downloaded. This was on a Nexus 6 on Firefox 41.

Please add a notification that a file was downloaded and a way to go to it in the Downloads app or another one.

Can you supply a link? We already have a download notification, and it works OK for me.

It works when I reload the page, but if Firefox is not open and this is the first time that the page is loaded I don't get any notifications. If I check the Downloads app the file has been downloaded.

I shake the https://www.creonagency.ru/assets/images/creon_present.pdf file but I do not notice comes about that it is loaded. While I am looking in the boot and see that it is loaded.
