[1.Description]:
[RTL][Calendar][Aries kk_v2.6][Flame kk_v2.5&v2.6]Go to Calendar app ,click on the week view and observe, the line and AM/PM words are overlapped.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Premise: The Time Format is set as 12-hour.

1. Set your phone language to Arabic. 
2. Go to Calendar app 
3. Click on the week view and observe. 

[3.Expected Result]: 
In step 3, the the colored line display normally and the line and AM/PM words will not overlap.

[4.Actual Result]: 
In step 3, the line and AM/PM words are overlapped.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1215068 should fix this problem: the Arabic locale will follow the English locale behavior
