North America entered DST on Sunday Nov 1st at 2AM. I am in the America/Montréal timezone on my Aries device.

31 minutes fter entering DST, my Android phone displayed 1:31AM. So did my cable box. But my Aries FirefoxOS phone displayed 6:31AM.

Going to settings and toggling the "Set Automatically" in Date & Time to OFF then ON updated the clock display to the proper value. Will attach some screenshots.

After toggling "Set Automatically" off and on, the settings now show the proper timezone. Also the proper time.

As an extra hint, look at the name of the screenshot files: it show the proper time all the time: it is a display issue.
