Steps to reproduce:
Right Click on Bookmark Bar, Bookmarks or Bookmark Manager Library window and create a New Bookmark or New Folder.
Notice that Name field is not selected by default. To change name user must either press tab button two times or use a mouse each time.
Bookmark This Page (CTRL + D) on the other hand functions properly.
Actual results:
New Bookmark or New Folder Name field is not selected (highlighted) so that user is able to change it while creating it.
Expected results:
Name field should be selected so that it can be changed when it's being created.
There should be no need to press tab two times each time new bookmark or new folder is created.
