Within dialogues, mail content and calendars would be useful to display the time zone of the event after the time. Also in the header for the calendar interface and also email content for invites a display of the current local time zone selected/configured for the user. For those of us changing between time zones frequently and managing other people's diaries who are in different locations it would be a huge help and make actual scheduled times really clear for the user. Could be optional (a display time zone information preference).
In the New Event / Edit Event dialog enable menu Options > Show Timezones. Now you can specify different timezone for start date and end date. If you disable Options > Show Timezones the times will keep its timezone and will just be displayed in local time.
