Prerequisites: 
1. A mail account with mails has been logged in. 
2. Have your device set to a RTL locale, such as Arabic

1. Go to Email 
2. Tap one email
3.Tap replay button.

RTL triage: The arrow direction here is not so important and reversing it wouldn't necessarily clarify the meaning of the button.
