Steps to reproduce: 1. Load MP-stage page on your Android 4.2.1 tablet in portrait mode 2. Observe the footer Expected results: There are no display or layout issues. Actual results: There are both footer and new nav options. Notes/Issues: Issue looks bad in desktop too, for browser width from 700px. (please see http://screencast.com/t/yOaVmJq5sMM) Verified on FF45(Android 4.2.1). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage, dev and prod. Screenshot for this issue: http://screencast.com/t/F7KSeBJ9h5h
