1221048 - Link to new TCBS, daily, and exploitable crashes by default

Description

We currently have 2 versions of TCBS and Daily Crashes, each having a Postgres-based implementation and an Elasticsearch-based one. By default, all links in the webapp send to the Postgres pages. 

We want to change that behavior to point links to the newest ES versions. Old versions will still be available via links in each page.
