Details

The Hebrew on the search page of Google Israel is displayed left-to-right. It 
declares a charset of ISO-8859-8-I in a meta tag.

IE Windows seems to have no problem with this. Is this Google or Mozilla?
What build of Mozilla are you using? Many bugs on Hebrew display on Macs have
been fixed in the last few weeks - see
