Place mouse over one the "cards" on the homepage. Scroll to bottom and back with mouse wheel or with arrow keys. Quite a bit of jank when doing so.

Less jank when mouse is not over "cards".

Am using the 2015-11-03 nightly win32 build, on Win8.1 x64. 1/1 Direct3D 11 (OMTC), direct2d 1.1. i5-4670 CPU, AMD Radeon HD 7790 GPU. Driver Version 15.200.1062.1004.

Can reproduce with a new default profile. About:support is attached.
With E10s enabled: does not show jank with mouse wheel scrolling, but does show bad jank with arrow key scrolling.

Sounds like sync scrolling is janky but APZ fixes it. Likely culprit is slow painting.

Does it happen in safe mode?
There is bug 903170 about Firefox hanging with Logitech Setpoint (installed in your profile): .

Could you test with this add-on disabled, please.
Flags: needinfo?(timbugzilla)
Hi Loic, that add-on was disabled.

In safe mode jank is seen with e10s enabled or disabled.
