12216 - Drop Down for "From" Selection in Compose Window is Broken

In the compose window, the drop down for the "From" selector is broken. The down
arrow for the drop down is initially drawn off the screen (I had to resize to
find it), and the drop down appears to be stuck in the mouse down position.
Duplicate identities are not removed, but instead are repeated in the drop down.
When I attempted to select a "From" identity - I crashed :-(

Steps to reproduce.
1. Launch apprunner
2. Open mail [Tasks | Messenger]
3. Bring up the compose window [Press "New Msg" button in the 3-pane view]

At this point, if the window is not maximized, the "From" identities are all
displayed on the Compose window. When you resize the Compose window, you can see
that these "From" identities are contained in the "From" drop down selector,
which appears to be stuck in the mouse down position.

Also, duplicate identities are presented in the drop down. I currently have
configured 4 accounts (1 POP, 2 IMAP and 1 NNTP) and 2 identities, and I have
set up the identity/account mapping prefs as follows:

4. Select a "From" address by clicking on one of the identities.

I crashed at this point.

I'm running Win95 on a P166 with 32MB RAM

There are a lot of widget problems in today's M10 builds. See mscott's comments
in 12203.  cc: mscott.    I think this may be a dup of 12203.

This is a duplicate. All text widgets in seamonkey this morning are horked. not
just in mailnews.
