when using the multi-tabbed view in Mozilla 0.9.7 the right-click on a link
"open in new tab" (same as middle button on mouse) will _NOT_ transfer the
correct referrer in the outgoing header. Bug or feature?
Fixed in nightlies and for 0.9.9.  May not be fixed in 0.9.8, which branched
last week before this was fixed.

This is definitely not fixed on the 0.9.8 branch.  I landed it after the tree
reopened....
