Everyone loves the taste of preprepared meaty responses in a can we can open when needed.

Canned responses are a way of ensuring consistent (and coherent) messages go out to developers, especially when some of our reviewers may have less than perfect written English.

The admin tool for adding app canned responses needs rewriting too really (its in the ancient /admin section)
