Details
If you upload an unlisted add-on and it has no regular errors but has signing errors (eval usage, for example) then it will show that it is "valid" in the check status API. This should use the same validness checking as is used for creating a version which is currently bad causing bug 1219792 but is likely fixed by being updated [1].
