From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20020123 BuildID: 2002012304 (I'll upgrade when mozillaZine gets its act together and links the Windows button to an actual Windows build rather than a Linux build.) I go to http://www.tripedal.com/, and it doesn't recognize Mozilla as a 6.x functional level browser. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit the URL http://www.tripedal.com/ Actual Results: JS alert: Netscape Navigator 3.x 4.x or 5.x detected Tripedal uses extensive DHTML | FLASH | XML Upgrade your browser! and doesn't let me into the site Expected Results: Redirect to http://www.tripedal.com/StaticPages/TheNewList/links10.htm like IE does I looked in the JS sniffer code, and I found the following disregard for the diversity of web browsers: "Hasn't been tested on a Mac" but lets the users in anyway "Hasn't been tested on UNIX" and doesn't let the users in This page makes Bobby cry. Tripedal may not be in the US, but I had to give it a component within evangelism.
