Details
Perform more validation on the data not just the structure. i.e.
- reject non UUID clientIds
- reject invalid date strings (range check too?)
- reject any basic type mis-matches (string, integer, bool, array, object)
- range check things like subsessionLength
- reject anything with non utf-8 data?
- reject anything with an invalid histogram?

We are performing schema and soon UTF8 checks, but there may be more work we want to do here before closing.

A new issue should be opened for any specific work as this completes the core validation requirements
