No Padlock for websites with HTTPS security

Steps to reproduce:
When i open a page with HTTPs, the green or gray padlock that would normally designate the security is gone, replaced by a gray circle, indicating no security.
Actual results:
Launched with and without addons, private mode, and new installs. Nothhing changed.
Expected results:
The padlock should appear, green for EV certificates, and gray for general TLS security.
Problem with my add ons. Will try and figure out which one is causing it.
