[1.Description]:
[RTL][Arieskk_v2.6][Flamekk_v2.6][Flamekk_v2.5][Settings]Launch Settings app, tap "Sound" ->Tap "Manage Tones", the position of the back button is not mirrored.Tap "+" icon, pick a song then tap "Done", the position of the back button is not mirrored too.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set system language as Arabic. 
2. Launch Settings app. 
3. Tap "Sound" ->Tap "Manage Tones" and observe. 
4. Tap "+" icon, pick a song. 
5. Tap "Done" and observe . 

[3.Expected Result]: 
In step 3, the position of the back button should be mirrored.The back button should be on the right side and "+" button is on the left side.
In step 5, the position of the back button should be mirrored.The back button should be on the right side and Save button is on the left side.

[4.Actual Result]:
In step 3, the position of the back button is not mirrored.The back button is on the left side and "+" button is on the right side.
In step 5, the position of the back button is not mirrored.The back button is on the left side and Save button is on the right side.

To be sharp, this is a Ringtones bug — not a Settings one.

Ringtones was not refactored in 2.5 so this is currently "expected" behavior. To fix we need to remove the ignoredir attribute on the header, but this should be done as a part of a broader look at RTL for the whole Ringtones app.
