Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to AMO-stage https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
2. Go to “Account Settings”
3. Go to “Notifications”-> "User Notifications” section 
4. Click “none”/”all”

Expected results:
All check-boxes are selected/unselected.

Actual results:
Nothing happens. The message “Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: input:not([disabled]” is displayed in the console.

Notes/Issues:
Issue is also reproducing in “Notifications”->”Developer” section if you are logged in with an admin account.
Verified on FF42(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on AMO-stage, dev and prod.
