What's the exact error code when you click the Technical Details section to expand it — sec_error_unknown_issuer or something else?
Check your Microsoft Family Filter settings, as described in the following support article.

If that feature is already disabled, then you have another software or hardware firewall that's the root cause.
If that's not the case either, there's a chance your certificate database is corrupt. Delete the cert8.db file from your profile folder while Firefox is closed (detailed directions in the same support article above).
