Description: User selects 'More about your privacy link'in the settings and opening with Firefox OS a header tweaks. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20151105030203 2) Reset to normal FTU 3) Connect to WiFi 4) In Geo location page select 'More about your privacy link' 5) Select Firefox OS 6) Observe that when web page opens up black box appears and disappears next to top header. Actual: When selecting 'More about your privacy' link with Firefox OS, Web browser opens up with flickering. Expected: When Selecting 'More about your privacy link' the web browser should not flicker.
