User Story

As a user I want to pin a contact to my homescreen from the contacts app so that I quickly call/text/email that person later

Schema: Person.

This may depend on platform support for a new type of metadata such as JSON-LD to represent the Schema.org schema for Person.

It also depends on the contacts app implementing the New Gaia Architecture to create separate URLs for each contact.
Assumes that you can access the overflow menu in browser chrome from built-in apps using the new app format (new architecture + new security model).
